Description of the problem | Takata recall ford keeps harassing me with letters and emails but does not even have any airbags to complete the replacement this has been 3 years. If the company can't get the replacements they should notify the customers if they can get the replacements the next letter should be dated or when the customer can expect the recall bags to be available. If this would truly a safety issue my airbag should have been installed after the first recall notice i received. I have called several times to several dealerships and none of them have the airbags. Ford is cheating on this game |
