Description of the problem	Ford dealerships are refusing to works on my 3 recalls. I have tried 3 times over the past 3 years and keep getting the same excuse. "we dont have the parts, and dont know when we will get them." ford of orange (california). They refuse to take my name down or contact me when they do have the parts. They aren't the only dealership in the area either. Please follow-up to make sure that they are not turning down customers for the sake of saving money.
