Description of the problem	Ford does not have parts for the driver or passenger side air bags. I called ford and spoke with ren at 8:15 am on 09/23/16. I expressed my concern about the metal shrapnel if the bag deployed. I asked for a rental car. Ren told me they did not provide a rental car. I explained this is my only car. Ren informed me the driver's side air bag also needed a second repair. I called mulinax ford, apopka, fl - no parts. No rental car provided - it is my only card.
