Description of the problem | Takata recall i scheduled a recall at a ford dealership in oklahoma city bob moore and i was told that they are receiving 5 replacements air bags a month and there is a waiting list of 90 cars in front of me. This would take around 14 months to have my car repaired. This car was in a high humidity area before been registered in oklahoma 8 months ago. I explained to the dealer that the car was previous in a priority recall area and i was told that it makes no difference for them. Having my and my family safety first i have to strongly disagree and would like this department to assist not just me but other car owners on the same situation. Thanks, eduardo |
