Description of the problem	I was in a car accident that ultimately totaled the car. The airbag under the driver side dash came out but the airbag in the steering wheel did not come out nor did the seatbelt lock. My head and face hit the windshield leaving me with injuries to my face and nose and i had injuries on the entire left side of my body. I was going 45 mph and fell asleep at the wheel.
