Description of the problem | The 12-volt battery on the energi model will not hold a charge. Repeated jump starts are required. Despite being under warranty, 2 ford dealers claimed they don't know the source of the problem and refused to replace the battery. No wonder ford dropped this model. It is a disaster that ford refuses to acknowledge. |
