Description of the problem | There is a recall on bolts holding the steering assembly together, and the power steering completely went in my 2 year old vehicle. The dealership and ford overall say that because the bolts were fine they aren't responsible for my power steering needing to be completely replaced. They can't tell me how the steering would go in a 2 year old vehicle that is driven to work and the grocery store, not off-roading or racing. The vehicle was stationary, and was started and immediately noticed the power steering failed. |
