Description of the problem	Stared vehicle up, parked at an idle epas (electric power steering) failed sending a message across the instrument cluster and making it difficult to drive as the steering was incredibly difficult to turn. Set code c200b for steering shaft torque sensor which is the same fault that the previous fusion model had a recall for. Replaced entire steering rack due to malfunctioning sensor.
