Description of the problem | I was driving at 35 mph all of a sudden my wrench icon came on and lost acceleration. I was able to pull to the side of road and the car started to shake and wanted to stall. I shut off the car for a min and started it back up. It hesitated but it did finally start up. I drove 2 miles and it did it again. Since then this happens frequently without any warning and at varied speeds. This problem has happened a few times on the highway and my children and myself almost got rear ended. My engine light came on i had it tested and the code was p2111 tac stuck open. The problem is the throttle body. This problem is very serious and dangerous. |
