Description of the problem	My cd player stopped working without any warning. I took my car to the dealer on 1/31/12 to see what was the problem. I waited all day and finally got a phone call saying that the cd player was being replaced. I asked what the problem was and my question was ignored and again i was told it was being replaced but the new cd player wouldn't be in until the next day. I returned there again today because i got an error message on my sirius radion saying "fault". I called sirius radio and they said that ford needed to replace the satellite module. By the time i reached the dealership it was working again but just as i was about to pull off, it had the error message again "fault". They gave me a loaner and i guess they will call me tomorrow with an update.
