Description of the problem	Driving at 65mph in traffic on a state highway when the vehicle failed to respond to the accelerator. Vehicle went to approximately 750 rpm and there was no speed control. This failure occurred without any warning as i was passing another car and required me to take evasive action to avoid collision. Dealership says it was throttle body control unit and that there are "known problems".
