Description of the problem | As i was exiting rt. 35 to interstate 75, a major traffic interchange, my 2010 ford fusion died and i was forced to pull over to a very slim berm area to shut it off and start it back up again. It seems the throttle body was "stuck" and it had to be replaced. This was a very dangerous situation that i should not have been involved in due to something ford knows is an issue with fusions. Please encourage a mandatory recall so that lives are not lost! I was fortunate to not have caused an accident but someone else may not be so lucky. I would hope that ford would not want any casualties on their conscious and would fix this known problem. |
