Description of the problem | Car is a 2010 ford fusion hybrid 93kmile. On november 14, 2019 at 7am, car was approaching to a traffic intersection. Car did not stop when apply break hit on the back of van standing on the traffic light. Used the hand break to slow down and since the speed was low when hit the front van. No major damage occur except scratch and escaped from accident. Took to ford dealership in east widsor, nj (halman ford). After diagnosis the result shows the abs break control unit is not functioning and should be replaced. It cost $1588+ tax. Called ford. They told they don't have any program for this issue and don't provide any assistance for repair. |
