Description of the problem	The driver's side door would not unlock from the outside. I would have to enter the car and climb over to the driver's side to unlock the car. It was an intermittent problem at first and then the latch broke and i had to take my car in for repair. The first repair was under warranty, but the door latch started acting up again. It would not unlock again, intermittently. Then about two weeks ago, the driver's side door would not lock. If i went shopping, i immediately had to take my purchased items home. I could not lock anything in the car. I took it to montrose ford on 05/01/2015 and they charged me $482. 85 to replace the latch and cable.
