Description of the problem	Takata recall recall 18v-046, i waited over a year since the settlement to get this corrected, ford was to provide a rental vehicle until the parts were available, i was able to get the parts on order nov 17th, 2018. The parts are still not in and now ford informed me they no longer provide a rental. Obviously this is due to costs, what is the price for someone's life should this defect lead to a death during an accident. Please confirm you received this correspondence, i need to document that this safety issue is being disregarded.
