Description of the problem	Takata recall. Notice sent in may 2018 that ford is offering to pay for the use of a rental vehicle as a means of alternate transportation until parts are available. I have made several calls to winner ford in dover, de who keep advising me they do not have parts nor do they have a vehicle they can provide me with, i am on a waiting list keep calling back. I have called several times and was told the same thing. It is now october and when i called on 10/20 i was told the parts are not in and nothing regarding a car when i inquired. I called willis ford in smyrna, delaware who at least advised me i was #87 on their list. How true that is i do not know. I was not asked for my vin or what kind of car just a phone number i can be reached at.
