Description of the problem	Tl* takata recall. The contact owns a 2010 ford fusion. The contact stated that the part was not available within a reasonable time frame to schedule a recall repair for nhtsa campaign number: 18v046000 (air bags). The dealer (glen sain ford, inc., 1301 us 49, paragould, ar 72450, (870) 236-8546) indicated that the vehicle was placed on a waiting list for the part months ago. In addition, the electronic power steering randomly failed and caused the steering wheel to become difficult to turn in either direction. The vehicle was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 15v340000 (steering) although the symptoms were related. The steering failure was not diagnosed by the dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that there was a delay in receiving the parts for the air bag recall. The failure mileage was not available. Parts distribution disconnect.
