Description of the problem | "takata recall" i received a recall notice february 2018 stating there had been a recall on the passenger side airbag, and i would be notifies when parts became available to fix the issue. I have since then received a letter stating parts are unavailable, and ford is offering rental cars until parts do become available. I have been trying to get this solved for a week now, and my local ford dealer just keeps saying they will get back to me. This is my only form of transportation, and i have two kids that travel in this car with me. I feel like everyday driving in this unsafe vehicle, is a threat to me and/or my children, and nothing is getting resolved, due to an overwhelming list, but i shouldn't have to worry everytime i drive. |
