Description of the problem | Takata recall i have yet to receive a repair or notice of parts available to repair the defective psan inflators on my vehicle. I have contacted multiple ford dealerships and ford corporate regarding the takata airbags, but i get nowhere with either one of them regarding when a fix is available and why parts are unavailable. I would like to formally submit a complaint to ford due to their unacceptable service with regards to how long the process is taking. Airbag recalls should not take multiple years to resolve, it should be of the highest priority; and it appears that ford does not think that is the case. |
