Description of the problem | Takata recall the airbag warning light came on in the vehicle when the vehicle was in motion. I took it to garage and they replace some parts with the but were unable to fix airbag problem. I paid $411. 00 for this service. I called ford when i received the recall notice in july 2016. They stated they did not have the parts available to fix the recall. I took it to the same ford dealer and they did not have replacement parts to fix it. This was in november 2016. I was told i would hear from the dealer when parts became available. Under the passenger seat. The light remains on. I have never heard from ford dealer and my call not returned. |
