Description of the problem | The right rear door handle snapped when my 3 yr old grandbaby tried to open door. As time has gone on, the left rear door handle snapped. That was followed by the drivers door handle snapping. I now have to crawl to the passenger side to get out. Used to be able to pull the lock feature to open it, but, can no longer do that. I've seen a million complaints about these handles. In case of emergency, one cannot get out of the car. This could easily result in death that could easily be avoided by exiting the vehicle. I also have the additional problem of limited use of my leg due to major surgery and weakness from my chemo meds. I feel like a sitting duck. Why is this being ignored? I really like ford vehicles, but, shame on ford!!!! |
