Description of the problem | On the interstate and gave car the gas to go around a truck and the car revved the engine and the tachometer went all the way down. Let off the gas and the car was stuck in high gear and would not shift to a lower gear. Had to drive the car that way in stop and go traffic in able to pull off the road. Once the car was turned off and restarted it reset itself and had lower and upper gears in transmission. The car still jerks and doesn't want to go into different gears when driving. Took car to dealer shop and was told that it had a tsb bulletin about the transmission valve body. There is a problem with this and they would not admit to a problem with the transmission. Searching the internet i am not the only one with this problem (100's of people). |
