Description of the problem	Automatic transmission slips out of gear when going up a hill or when passing another vehicle. The car make a rough noise and you have to brake in order to get the car to change gears. When the cruise control was set at 65 mph the car approached a small hill and the gear would not change and made a awful noise. I took the car to a ford dealership for diagnostic check and it revealed that i need a transmission. The cost was quoted at 4900. 00. This started approx 2 months ago and is still happening.
