Description of the problem	Takata recall in march 2019 it will be 3 years that i have been waiting for a replacement airbag. I recently made an inquiry to a ford dealer because it is past the time that a replacement supposedly was to be available. They say they have ordered the part. No one at the repair facility or at the ford customer service center is able to give me any answers as to when the part will be available. Of course they have no usa based c/s. The last letter i received stated that parts should be available in the second or third quarter of 2018. It is now the end of the fourth quarter and i had heard nothing. The reality is that i will likely never get a replacement, and i have no choice but to deal with a never ending run-around. In their current class action suit they are denying us a right to sue (should we be injured) by not providing the information in a timely manner (because they require a written opt-out postmarked by a specific date), yet they have been stringing us along for years but give us a couple of weeks to opt out in wring.
