Description of the problem | Takata recall. Attempted to schedule maintenance on the car for the recall and was given the running around for almost a year. When i spoke with the service manager he was not understanding or trying to be told me they didnt give out loner or rentals while i wait for the part to come in because "it doesn't work like that" and i had to show him my recall letter before he would go any futher. This same dealership had replaced the driver airbag and was supposed to put me on the list for the passenger side before that service but now the manager had no clue to what i was referring too and i had provided my vin at the time i scheduled the service appointment online |
