Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 ford focus. Last week while the contact was pulling into her garage, the vehicle suddenly surged forward and crashed into the back wall of the garage. The contact noticed smoke coming from the rear of the vehicle. The force of the crash loosened the driver's seat belt. There were no injuries.
