Description of the problem | Driver side front and rear door locks will not work with remote, with the key, or manually from the inside. Passenger side door locks work as they should. Anyone can gain entry to the vehicle at any time. A rear passenger, especially child, would be at great risk. This is not an uncommon issue with this and previous years of the focus. I was told over the phone by a ford technician that this is an electrical issue, but other complaints show necessary replacement of latch and lock assembly. |
