Description of the problem | My daughter was driving our 2007 ford focus. She was on a smooth road, when the driver side airbag opened for no reason. It hit her on the side of the head, causing her to have hearing loss for 2 minutes as well as a headache. It also caused her to swerve the car slightly, but she had total control. I took the car to magic city ford in roanoke, va, they ran some tests and contacted the ford corp. Between the two of them, it was decided that my daughter was a fault, and that she had to have hit something. I inspected the car myself on sat, and there is no damage to the car. Ford just wants to sweep this under the carpet, along with magic city ford. |
