Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 ford focus. The contact stated that the air bag light had been intermittently illuminating on and off for two years. The contact also stated that in two accidents, the air bags did not deploy; the vehicle was rear ended in both accidents. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer six times but the problem had not been fixed; the air bags were replaced twice, the air bag light was replaced once and the clock spring was replaced once but the problem continued.
