Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford flex. The contact received nhtsa campaign number: 20v072000 (suspension) and was associated with the vin. However, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had experienced a failure while driving at various speeds, the vehicle rear tires believed to be worn out from the suspension. No warning lights illuminated. The contact mentioned that he had to change out the rear tires every 4 months.
