Description of the problem | Nhtsa has issued recall 20v072 covering my vehicle. As a result of the defective toe link the left rear tire on my care is wearing unevenly and cupping. My independent mechanic says they could replace the toe link and do the required alignment in one day at a cost of ~$300. Ford has had this recall notice since february and it still says "remedy not available". How has nothing happened in 6 months when walt's automotive can fix the problem today? Please compel ford to fix my car or agree to pay to have the car fixed independently. |
