Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford flex. While driving approximately 15 mph, the rear "passenger side door ajar" and the wrench icon "see manual" warning indicators illuminated. Afterwards, the vehicle stalled. The contact exited the vehicle to check the doors, but all the doors were closed. The contact re-entered the vehicle, but it would not restart. The vehicle was towed to carmax (11225 parkside dr., knoxville, tennessee) and then towed to the authorized dealer (ted russell ford lincoln, 9925 parkside dr., knoxville, tennessee) where it was diagnosed that the fuel control module failed and needed replacement. The vehicle was repaired. The contact mentioned the failure first occurred on november 25, 2017. After that failure, the vehicle was towed to the same carmax dealer where it was diagnosed and repaired for the same failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures.
