Description of the problem	A loss of power to the fuel pump caused the engine to stall and prevented the vehicle from starting. This happen in the middle of a busy intersection causing a major safety incident. This vehicle was subject to a recall and inspected for the same problem in 2016. The part was replaced and failed in spite of the fact that the inspection was made by the ford dealer. When the car stalls there is a loss of power steering and power brakes. If this occurs at highway speeds it could be very serious. It appears that the original attempt by ford to address this problem has not be effective.
