Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford flex. While driving out of a parking lot at 5 mph, the contact noticed an abnormally strong odor. The contact was unsure where the odor originated from and rolled down the windows. The contact called ed butts ford (1515 n hacienda blvd, la puente, ca 91744, (800) 960-3673) and was informed that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The dealer was contacted a second time and diagnosed that carbon monoxide was leaking from the exhaust system. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. |
