Description of the problem	The lugnuts swell and the lug hut wrench with the car will not remove the lug nuts. My wife got a flat tire, she was alone on the side of the road and could not get the tire off because the wrench would not fit. The road side service could not get it off also. We had to get the car to a service center and they had to hammer a larger socket on it to back the nuts off. They say this is a common problem. Really? A common problem that lug nuts fail??? This is not right. I called the ford dealership and they said sorry but there is nothing we can do. I called ford directly and they said the same thing. Poor service.
