Description of the problem | On friday june 19th my son and i were exiting a parking lot of a shopping center. As we were making a right hand turn. The drivetrain in my 2016 ford fiesta went out. Leaving us stuck in traffic and nearly getting rear ended. Some other motorist helped us push the car back into the shopping center. I called my ford dealership and explained the issue. I was told that my v. I. N. Number was not part of the 100,000 mile extended warranty program. Because it came from a different plant. I called ford customer care, and was told the same thing. Now, i may have to come up with $3,500 to $4,000 to get the transmission fixed. |
