Description of the problem | The lower cooling hose came loose on my ford 2020 f250 with1650 miles on the vehicle, while traveling on a interstate towing a load of approximately 7000lbs. The engine lost power and we managed to safely exit of the interstate. The max. Speed of the vehicle was 20 mph while trying to exit the interstate safely, it was an intense moment to get off the busy interstate safely. The vehicle was towed to a ford dealership, and we are awaiting a diagnosis. |
