Description of the problem | Leaving work i went to put down my drivers side window. I heard a loud "pop" and the window glass fell to the bottom of the door. Immediately took it to the local ford dealer and he knew what it was from my description and advised of a $90 diagnosis charge. Two days later and 400 dollars less in my pocket, they had to replace the window regulator assembly. Apparently from all of the complaints, it is a known problem and ford should be held responsible and the nhtsa should also take action against ford and demand a recall. |
