Description of the problem | On three different occasions, i have had my window slam down suddenly while driving. Once i was driving 45mph and once i was actually doing at least 65 mph on the freeway. It nearly caused me to crash twice. Today my husband was driving and the same thing happened. After only researching for approximately 15 minutes, i have seen several complaints regarding this matter. Many complaints posted on your site have occurred within the last 30 days! There are also several on google. Is someone waiting for an injury or death before they take action?! At this point it has only cost my family money and nerves. I hope it never has and never will cost someone a family member. Will your office be held accountable for not acting on these complaints? Will anyone? Or does an injury have to occur first? Please make ford recall the window regulator! |
