Description of the problem | When operating the power window of my 2005 ford f-150 there was a sudden bang and the window fell down inside the door cavity. Researching this on the internet i have found that many others have had the same failure. Ford has so far refused to do anything other than charge hundreds of dollars to the consumer for repairs to these failed power windows. In many, many cases as soon as one window fails the others begin to fail within weeks. I urge you to fully investigate and use your authority and influence with ford motor company to initiate a recall. |
