Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2005 ford f150. The contact noticed that his brake pedal was soft and spongy, making it difficult to brake. The brake pedal would extend to the floor when it was depressed. The dealer and manufacturer stated that the vehicle was supposed to function in that manner. The dealer worked on the vehicle several times, but failed to correct the failure. A ford representative drove the vehicle, acknowledged the failure, and ordered parts for the repair. However, the failure still persists. The current mileage was approximately 25,000 and failure mileage was approximately 4,000. |
