Description of the problem | I took my 2001 ford f150 to have a tire repaired, assuming it had a nail in it because it had a slow leak. I was informed that the (original equipment) aluminum wheel had a crack in it. I was further informed that this is considered to be a fairly common problem with ford's aluminum wheels of that vintage. *jb |
