Description of the problem	I am experiencing a serious surge problem with my vehicle. I have experienced the surge 5 times since i first purchase the vehicle over 18 months ago, and i have experienced it twice in the past two months. I most recently was nearly involved in a rear-end collision and i am worried about the consequences shall this surge occur during any extremely hypothetical situation, such as striking a pedestrian.
