Description of the problem	While driving on the freeway at 60 mph the truck began acclerating on its own. Applying the brakes did not solve problem. Exited freeway on a ramp and applied brakes to the floor. Had to shut off ignition to stop the vehicle. Attempted to restart the truck but it was over revving and smoking out the exhaust.
