Description of the problem | Rpms are high and vehicle is constanly acclerates. On 15th of this month, vehicle started to acclerate to point where consumer could not control vehicle. Consumer had to pull over, and shut vehicle off. Then could not get vehicle started again. Contacted dealer, and dealer could not find anything wrong with vehicle. This problem has occurred about 3 or 4 times. Consumer took vehicle back to dealership, and dealer had problem happen to them. Then, dealer had to contact ford, and ford did not want to acknowledge the warrenty on the vehicle because they don't have a remedy for problem yet.*ak |
