Description of the problem | Consumer was backing out of the driveway, stepping on accelerator which was stiff, consumer stepped on it harder which promptly floored and stuck. Consumer had to shift into neutral turning the key off and had to unstick accelerator by hand. This vehicle has had the accelerator to stick twice after the initial incident. Ford was aware of the problem and said it was a cold weather moisture problem. Vehicle has been fixed, but because there wasno cold weather at this time consumer was not sure. *jg ....*ak |
