Description of the problem | I purchased a used 2001 ford f-150 crew cab february 2006 with 59k miles on it. Shortly thereafter the paint or clear coat on the hood, quarter panels, and doors started to crack. The cracking has continued to get worse. Before purchase the title was checked and this vehicle has never been in an accident. The paint from ford is defective and is well documented on the web. Ford customer service has been absolutely terrible. |
