Description of the problem | Whenever towing a boat brakes heat up, resulting in extended stopping distance . Contacted dealer ,and the dealer was not willing to do anything. *ak consumer states when towing a 4000lbs boat in city traffic for more than 30 minutes the brake heats up and the anti lock system shuts off, results in extended stopping distance, the vehicle must be taken to dealer to reset the abs system, dealer refused to do anything because when they tested the vehicle, without the boat the brakes worked fine, and when they tested the abs the testing always reset the abs. 8jb |
