Product type code | VEHICLE |
Description of the problem | This vehicle has a rear seat that does not have head rests to protect rear seat passengers from striking their heads on the rear window in a crash. I understand that ford has redesigned the seat to include head rests. This is a safety issue, and i feel that ford should consider modifying the seats of first generation 2001 supercrew models. |
