Description of the problem | Rear passenger seats in my f150 supercrew has no head protection for my passengers. Passengers head are not protected during sudden stops or wrecks. I was forced to break suddenly to avoid an accident. My rear passengers head smacked the rear window causing one person minor head injury. I don't understand how ford is allowed to produce such a safety hazard to its passengers. I would like ford to provide rear seat head rests to protect rear passengers in the event of crash or sudden stop. Small pickup are required to have head rest when the riders head rest close to the rear windows. This is a 2001 truck with major defect that could pose serious injury to passengers. |
